This story is about the time that Jesus healed ten lepers, but only one of them came back.

One day, as Jesus was traveling to Jerusalem, he had to pass through the middle of Samaria and Galilee.  And as he entered into a certain village, he was met by ten lepers that were standing a far distance from him. (leprosy is a very bad disease of the skin that causes large sores).  And they lifted up their voices, and said "Jesus, Master, have mercy on us."

And when he saw them, he said to them "Go show yourselves to the priests."  And as they were going to the priests, they were cleansed. And one of them, a Samaritan man,  when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice, glorified God.  And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks.

And Jesus said to him "Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the other nine?  None have returned to give glory to God, except this stranger."  And Jesus said to the man who came back "Arise, go your way: your faith has made you whole."

Memory Verse:  Luke 17:19 "....Arise, go your way: your faith has made you whole."
