Jesus Teaches More about Prayer

In another story called "Jesus Teaches Prayer" we learned about the prayer that Jesus taught his disciples to pray. Some of the words in that prayer are "Give us day by day our daily bread."
And to show them an example of this, Jesus told them this story:
"Suppose that one of you has a friend, and you go to him in the middle of the night and say to him "friend, lend me three loaves of bread, because a friend of mine who is traveling has come to me, and I have nothing to feed him." And suppose that the friend from inside his house answers saying "don't bother me, the door is now shut, my children are in bed, I can't get up and give this to you"
I say to you, even though this man does not want to get up and give the three loaves of bread to you, his friend, if you keep knocking on his door, he will get up and give you as many as you need.
And I say to you, Ask, and it shall be given you; look for it, and you shall find it; knock, and the door shall be opened to you! For everyone that asks receives, and he that looks, finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened.
How much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him.
Memory Verse: Luke 11:9 "And I say to you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you....."
